1. How can I take part in the forum?

To participate in the Neva. Retail Days forum, you need to fill in the registration form on the forum official website («Registration»). Telephone registration is not available for this event. The number of participants representing one company is not limited.

2. How much is the forum participation fee?

Participation in the Neva. Retail Days forum is free for all representatives of retail, brands, regional and municipal authorities.

3. Can my participation be denied?

The management of the forum reserves the right to deny an applicant to participate in all events of the forum without any explanation, as well as to limit their participation in certain events of the forum program.

4. Where is the forum held and how to get to the venue?

The event will take place on 19-20 November in Park Inn by Radisson Pulkovskaya Hotel & Conference Centre, 1 Pobedy Square, St. Petersburg.

5. Can I make a presentation?

You can send information about you and the subject of your presentation to info@retailevent.ru. The management of the forum will consider the application and contact you if interested. The duration of the presentation should be 7-10 minutes.

6. What if I have trouble registering?
  • Upload a smaller photo (your photo must be in jpg/png/gif format, max size 5 Mb).
  • Try another browser to register after cleaning the browser cache, or another computer, tablet or phone.
7. I completed the registration form, but did not receive any confirmation.
  • Try checking your junk (spam) folder for it.
  • If there is no confirmation letter either, register again using a NON-corporate e-mail (for example, @mail.ru, @yandex.ru, @gmail.com etc.) or write us about your problem to admin@retaildays.ru. In your letter, please, be sure to include the name and e-mail specified during registration.
8. What is my account?

Data for logging in are sent upon registration. In your account, you can change your personal data (unless they are currently being verified by the relevant security agencies of the Russian Federation) and see your participant status and level of access to the forum events upon accreditation.

10. When and where can I get my badge?

You can get your name badge at the check-in desk on 19-20 November, 2019 in Park Inn by Radisson Pulkovskaya Hotel & Conference Centre, 1 Pobedy Square, St. Petersburg. The hotel guests can get their badge in the hotel in advance on November 18 You will need to show your passport to get your accreditation badge. You can also authorize another person to get your badge. In this case, the authorized person will need to show their passport and a letter of authority signed by the person who submitted the application.
